Lavinia Pressed Glass Tier Wall Sconce
The Lavinia Pressed Glass Tier Wall Sconce hangs two rows of ornate glass medallions from a curved brass frame, the upper row overlapping the lower like scales. Each medallion is pressed with a raised scrollwork border and a rosette at its centre, so light passing through breaks into a detailed, lace-like pattern instead of a smooth wash.
Three lamps sit behind the glass rather than in front of it, which keeps every source hidden and throws the pattern outward onto the wall on both sides. At W 11.4″ × H 11.8″ it projects just over seven inches — full decorative presence for an entry, a dining wall or a stair landing. Available in a brass-and-clear-glass finish, for hardwired wall installation.

Half of what this sconce does happens off the fixture, on the wall beside it.
Switch it on and the pattern travels. Three lamps sit behind the glass rather than in front of it, pushing light out through the relief and casting it onto the wall on both sides — scrollwork, rosettes and all, enlarged and softened. Turn a corner into the room and you see the cast pattern before you see the sconce itself.
