Custom Lighting

Selected products may support customization based on production availability. Available options may include changes to size, finish, hanging height, canopy configuration, voltage, number of lights, or other product specifications.

Customers interested in customized lighting should contact our support team before ordering so that the requested specifications, pricing, and estimated production time can be confirmed.

Custom-made, modified, personalized, and made-to-order products are not eligible for standard cancellation, return, or refund after production or customization has started.

If a customized product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the confirmed order specifications, please contact us so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Shipping and Returns

Vexalamps offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase amount is required.

Standard orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. After shipment, standard transit time is approximately 7–15 business days.

Custom, oversized, personalized, modified, or made-to-order products may require additional production or handling time.

Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date, subject to our Refund Policy.

All product returns require prior authorization. After an eligible return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer support team will provide the authorized return address and return instructions.
